Once you contact us, we will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a time and date to see you. For those clients near enough for a day's commute this will be a face-to-face meeting. It is also possible for us to do an online assessment of your work via video call. For a big job, or if you have not quite made up your mind, we may schedule further meetings.

A full estimate will be provided to you soon after you have made your decisions. This will be emailed to you and details the costs of all material and labour. Although occasionally further works, due to unexpected discoveries (such as dry rot, for example) this is rare and all will be fully explained and accepted by you before we go ahead.

We will ask for 50% of the total cost before the job starts.

If your property is not of communting distance from Colchester, then costs of accommodation will be included in your itemised estimate. We will discuss all of this with you before any money exchanges hands.
